For our Client, a global production company, who has established a Shared Service Center in Krakow few years ago and provide complex business services, we are looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist with German.
On this position you will be responsible for verifying and processing incoming invoices, including PO and non PO invoices, processing manual payments and payments run, reviewing and updating Vendor Master Data and supporting during the internal/external audit sessions accounts. Also, You will be replying to email and phone vendor queries connected with payments, errors on the invoices, etc.
The Ideal Candidate should have previous experience in AP processes (min. 2 years) and very good knowledge of English and good German (min. B2). Familiarity with SAP will be strong advantage. We are looking for the Candidate with strong communication skills, attention to detail and very good time management abilities.
