We are looking for experienced accountants to join a new fast developing finance hub in Krakow.
New role
As a Accounts Payable Specialist with English you will be responsible for: processing AP invoices and raising queries with vendors and internal customers, coordination the approval of special AP invoices without a purchase order in line with process design and process payments and coordinate respective approval processes and processing payments and coordinating respective approval processes. You will be also responsible for the consistent and ongoing adherence to guidelines and internal controls
Our requirements
To be the best candidate for this role you will need to have over 2 years of experience in relevant process area (Accounts Payable), understanding of accounting controls and academic degree. You should have fluency (B2/C1) in English. We are also expecting previous experience with ERP system (preferably SAP) and knowledge of Excel.
