For our Client, an international company with global reach,we are urgently looking for a person to hold the position of Accounts Payable Manager.
Your new role:
Accounts Payable Manager you will be responsible for managing a finance structure of approximately 20 indirect reports, responsible for Accounts Payable & Expenses and General Ledger Accounting.You will be directly responsible for supervising the work of 2 Team Leaders and 2 Experts(including mentoring, conducting employee appraisal, holding escalations, etc.). Operationally you will face multiple transitionsof processes to the Warsaw SSC and company's effort to create most effective and standardised process procedures.
What you'll need to succeed:
We are seeking candidates with a proven record of Financial background either from SSC or internal finance departments and expert knowledge of Accounts Payable process.Experience in general ledger accounting will be an assets. The ideal candidate should present fluent English, senior Team Leader or managerial experience, highly developed communication skills(cooperation with key management staff from UK) and managerial skills. Experience in transition will be beneficial.
