Accounts Payable Accountant with Serbian Kraków NR REF.: 1121620
We are looking for: - Juniors (+0,5 year of experience in Accounting area) - Specialists (+1,5 year of experience in Accounting area) - Seniors(+3 years of experience in Accounting area)
Responsibilities:
Process AP Invoices and raise queries with vendors and internal customers
Coordinate the approval of special AP invoices without a purchase order in line with process design
Process payments and coordinate respective approval processes
Responsible for the consistent and ongoing adherence to guidelines and internal control
Skills & Experience:
Experience in the relevant process area
Understanding of Accounting controls
Very good level of English (B2/C1)
Very good level of Serbian (B2/C1)
Academic degree
Very good user knowledge of Excel and SAP
Readiness to travel across the Europe – quarterly (monthly in transition)
