Accounts Payable Accountant with English and Italian
Miejsce pracy: Łódź
Job Mission:
- To process all non-purchase order and purchase order invoices for payment.
- To perform other assigned accounts payable functions of a routine nature under the immediate direction of the Accounts Payable Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Upload PDF Invoices in Cockpit, as per fiscal requirements for respective CountriesReview and action to ensure legal compliance and requirements (CC, Buyer, PO, Delivery)
- Data input all vendor invoices into Cockpit & SAP
- Accounting for PO invoices in SAP, with no discrepancies
- Coordination & email follow up with various stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of purchase accounting.
- Prepare accounting related-reports and spreadsheets as required and circulate monthly reports in standardized format.
- Assist with new process implementations
- Capable to analyze process gaps and suggest process improvements in the area of purchase accounting.
Reguirements:
- Graduate (Bachelors) degree in accounting or related field preferred1+ years prior related job experience required
- Industry or shared services would be an asset
- Computer skills: MS Office, incl. advanced Excel and SAP experience would be an asset
- Good communication skills, fluent English and Italian is must
