Your role will involvemanaging the team of accountants, monitoring and updating operational procedures and responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner. You will be also responsible forappropriate addressing of escalations, identifying and implementing process improvement ideas, guiding and mentoring the team to deliver high quality work and coordinate smooth processing of incoming reports.
To be successful in this role you will need4 – 5 years of experiencein the SSC, fluent business English language skills (oral and written) and also experience in leading a team.
