Accounting Team Leader
Miejsce pracy: PoznańResponsibilities:
- Supporting the establishment of the General Accounting and Close COE in EMEA
- Leading the General Accounting and Close team in Hamburg and Poznan
- Setting targets, creating developments plans and taking care of team members" development
- Organizing monthly and annual closing activities
- Balance sheet reconciliations and the monthly reporting in the locations under the COE structure
- Preparing and analyzing financial statements
- Work with relevant business partners to provide insight and analysis into the results
You need to have:
- BA's degree in economic fields
- At least 5 years' experience in accounting area and 2 years' experience in managing a team
- Fluent knowledge of English
- Ability to multi-task and keep up with a fast-paced environment
- Analytical skills, initiative and problem solving skills
- Strong communications skills and ability to interface with different level of management
- Proficiency MS Office applications, experience with Hyperion Financial Management and ERP systems will be an advantage
