For our Client, an innovative company which is launching their SSC in Katowicewe are looking for Accounting Team Leaderto join the newly created finance department.
While working at this position you will be responsible for supervising the work of a team of specialists providing accounting services to business units from Europe, as well as supporting them operationally in daily work, solving complex issues and ensuring compliance with all relevant standards, maintaining the best possible quality of service provided to the customer. Team Leader will also be responsible for managing the transition of the process, incl. creating procedures, recognizing areas for enhancement and introducing improvements, as well as stabilizing the migrated process.
An ideal Candidate will need to be self-motivated individual with ideally first leadership experience within GL.Successful candidate must have the maturity and ability to work on own initiative in a fast paced environment while maintaining quality of work and effective working relationships with both internal and external customers. Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics educational background, as well as experience in a similar role is crucial- preferably 3 years as a minimum.
We are looking for Candidates with fluency in English and Italian or German language.Proficiency in SAP as well as Excel are strongly preferred.
