On behalf of our Client, a world-wide known international company, establishing new SSC to provide finance and accounting services, we are currently recruiting for the position of Accounting Team Leader for Mediterranean countries.
Team Leader with Italian or Spanish
Ref: 1006202
Your role will involve:
• Managing the team of accountants
• Monitoring and updating operational procedures
• Responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Appropriate addressing of escalations
• Identifying and implementing process improvement ideas
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements
• Guiding and mentoring the team to deliver high quality work
• Coordinate smooth processing of incoming reports
• Preparing reports in Excel
To be successful in this role you will need:
• 4 – 5 years of experience working within the BPO/SSC centers
• Fluent business English language skills (oral and written)
• Ability to effectively communicate in business Spanish or Italian
• Experience in leading a team
• Excellent MS Excel skills
• Ability to operate in an international environment
