Opis stanowiska pracy

We are a leading manufacturer of household chemicals and cosmetics in Central Europe and a key partner of the largest retail in Poland. We are contributes to the development of the chemical industry. Due to large expenditures on new technologies, we create a wide range portfolio of household chemistry and cosmetics products in the private label sector, contract production and manufacturer’s brands.

 

Accounting Specialist

Location: Wrocław City, Krakowska str.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • verifying, documenting and booking of documents,
  • keeping accounts records and their reconciliation with general ledger,
  • verifying of balances and settlement of suppliers, clients and banks,
  • controlling dates and ordering payments,
  • conducting the closing process of the month / accounting year,
  • supporting the Chief Accountant in closures of the month and audits of external companies,
  • introducing corrective actions and activities to improve work,
  • preparing reports, budget analyze, statements and calculations for the needs of the team / organization,
  • supporting the department in Tax calculations.

 

Our requirements:

  • higher education (preferred economic / financial),
  • at least two years of professional experience in a similar position (experience in production companies is an asset),
  • practical knowledge of accounting and finance area,
  • good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel,
  • very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level),
  • ability of analytical thinking, meticulousness, responsibility and commitment with job,
  • additional recruitment advantage will be:
  • ability and experience to use SAP system,
  • certification in Accounting, Finance or Taxes will be appreciated.
