Accounting Specialist with Czech / SlovakMiejsce pracy: Warszawa

Scope of the role: ensuring all received invoices are processed in a timely and efficient manner

 

A person in this position will be responsible for:

  • Providing superior customer service to vendors and external clients
  • Monitoring and resolving queries related to invoices
  • Entering invoices
  • Controlling the booking of the documents processed
  • Processing transactions for relevant business processes in various systems and tracking tools
  • Performing vendor payments and managing reminders
  • Reconciliation of accounts payable related accounts and the resolution of associated issues
  • Proposing and implementing continuous improvements initiatives

 

Requirements:

  • University degree - finance and accounting / economy - nice to have
  • Proficient Czech or Slovak and advance English
  • About one year of work experience in a multinational environment
  • Interest in the area of accounting
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office package
