We have recently undertaken a recruitment project for one of our Clients who wants to expand his business in the Cracow marketplace.

This is an international company with purpose to explore the best level of Accounting Service for its European Clients such as France, Spain and Germany.

We are now looking for a person in the following roles:

Accounting positions with German/ Spanish/ French/ Finnish/ Dutch/ Norwegian/ Danish/ Swedish/ Portuguese

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating daily workload

• Processing timely and accurately routine administrative/ accounting transactions

• Deliver excellent accounting service and up sell extra services, gain market share and profitable growth across defined set of accounts against business objectives

• Account planning strategies using all tools available to effectively and efficiently manage and grow business in a defined account base.

• Understanding, penetrating and preserving existing account through telephone relationship and work to attain new business opportunities

Challenges:

• Time management and planning balance defined accounts

• Continual product knowledge

• Working effectively with external partners to support them in working with Clients

• Agile to changing market conditions and priorities

• Working understanding of key suppliers, competitive position and board level products

Essential skills:

• Very good in French, German, Spanish, French, Finnish, Dutch, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, Portuguese

• Very good command of English

• Master's Degree in Accounting/Finance or Economics is an advantage

• At least 1 year experience in Practical computer skills (MS Office)

• At least 1 year experience in Analytical abilities

• Confidence and a knack of working to deadlines

• A positive attitude with a proactive approach

• A desire to be part of a team and work with other people in an international environment
