Accounting Manager (HQ)
The role is responsible for the efficient and effective managing of a day-to-day accounting / hedge accounting / treasury operations of the organization. This function reports directly to General Manager (Poland) & Regional Finance Manager (HQ).

Our Client is a global manufacturing company and due to the need of strengthening their finance division they are currently seeking to recruit a highly qualified individual on the newly created position of Accounting Manager (HQ).
Description
- Responsible for accounting operations which provides accounting services for group purpose
- Manage accounting process, including statutory reporting
- Responsible for monthly balance sheet reconciliations, fixed assets booking, Tax compliance and tax planning
- Ensuring smooth cooperation with Shared Service Center
- Maintain relationships with third parties including financial institutions, auditors, tax authorities, etc.
- Maintain and develop management information systems (ERP)
- Responsible for compliance of financial processes and procedures
- Drive continuous process improvement
Profile
- University education with accounting related degree - ACCA/CIMA qualification will be a strong asset
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting
- Solid knowledge of taxes and Polish statutory reporting
- Understands key business drivers and proactively seeks out opportunities and recommends solutions that can be effectively supported
- Experience with the use of information technology to effectively satisfy business needs
- Very good in English
