Accounting and Reporting Specialist (Retail Company)
This role will be responsible for assigned daily accounting activities, financial reporting, and controlling. Selected person will cooperate closely with Financial Controller and Chief Accountant and report to CFO.

Daily accounting activities and monthly closing procedures
- Support in preparation of annual statutory financial statements under PAR, and monthly group reporting package under IAS
- Cooperation in preparation of consolidated reporting package (4 countries) under IAS and other reports
- Preparation of requested reports, analysis, process descriptions
- Support and substitute to Chief Accountant in all tax relating matters
- Support in budgeting process and controlling procedures
- Preparation GUS, NBP or other reports to governmental institutions
- Coordination of casual work agreements
- Work closely with internal and external auditors for the year end audits
- Liaise with third-parties (tax authorities, vendors, clients, banks).
- Cooperation with company's departments (including European SAP and IT departments) to implement new procedures in order to maximize potential and simplify procedures
- Other activities in the area of Finance and Administration department
Profil kandydata

University degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 3 years of experience on similar accounting position in an international organization,
- Experience in audit department would be advantage
- Good knowledge of Polish Accounting Standards, knowledge of International Accounting Standards would be advantage
- Good knowledge about tax regulations (VAT especially)
- Working knowledge of SAP accounting system, BW SEM and Hyperion knowledge would be additional advantage
- Fluent English is a must
- Very advance knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel is a must (macros, advance reporting building etc)
- Certificate of Ministry of Finance or ACCA certificate would be additional advantage
- Experience in process improvements would be advantage
- Open to the challenges
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
