Accounting and Reporting Specialist / Expert (Real Estate)
The candidate will work independently as well as part of a team and will be responsible for all accounting and reporting aspects for group of entities.

Our client is a consumer driven company based in the Real Estate Sector currently seeking a candidate for newly created position of Accounting&Reporting Specialist / Expert based in Warsaw reporting directly to Finance Team in London.
Opis stanowiska
- Preparation of quarterly management accounts reports
- Supervision of external accountants and accuracy of the bookkeeping,
- Prepare all business analysis and recommendations,
- Monitoring the performance of group entities,
- Assisting in payment approval process,
- Participation in the Group's year-end close process,
- Preparation of ad-hoc analysis as required by Head Office,
- Participation in the Group's year-end close process,
- Preparation of the ad-hoc financial statements,
- Preparation of reports for external investors,
- Support in budgeting and forecasting,
- Ad hoc analysis regarding budgets and variations
- Cooperation with the Group's auditors,
- Assisting in project management in the area of finance and accounting,
Profil kandydata
- Recognised professional accountancy qualification
- Several years' (2-6) experience within real estate or as part of a real estate team within consumer driven sectors such as hospitality & retail or different will be an asset,
- Experience in cross border group accounting and dealing with different currencies, will be strong asset,
- Strong commercial and financial reporting background,
- Perfect command of English,
- Good attention to detail,
- Excellent working knowledge of Excel, Word and Power Point,
- The candidate should be energetic, enthusiastic, proactive, reliable, and a self-starter,
- Ability to work independently and with colleagues in different areas of the business as well as part of finance team,
- Candidate can work under pressure and deliver tasks under time restraints,
