Client Details
Our Client is a leading provider of IT solutions and is currently looking for a candidate for the position of Junior Accountant and/or Accountant for its transactional HUB in Warsaw. The person in this position will be responsible for a wide scope of accounting activities for two African countries. Thereby, she/he will have an important impact on creating new international structures of a global company.
Description
- Posting invoices, bank statements and petty cash.
- Generating payment proposal.
- Preparing and posting journal entries.
- Reconciling and clearing accounts.
- Managing master data (vendors, customers and fixed assets).
- Reconciling employees travel expenses.
- Reporting monthly packages and other financial data to the Group.
Profile
- Higher education.
- 1-3 years of experience in accountancy.
- Experience in a process migration is an advantage!
- Good knowledge of Symfonia.
- Very good English.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to travel from time to time.
