.Responsibilities
Assisting with accounts payable
Updating information as needed
Preparing basic reports for the accounts team when required
Setting up new vendor accounts
Managing the employee time system
Assistance with banking tasks
Quality assurance
Payroll and VAT compliance and submission
Qualifications
Strong administration skills
Minimum 1 year(+) professional experience in accounting
Highly organised
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Fluent English
Ability to maintain confidentiality
