Our client is a financial customer service and sales business with links to the Polish market. They are looking to grow their operations in the Polish market in the United Kingdom with a view to also service the Polish market in Poland. They need a strong personality to join their team to work in an account specialist capacity and familiarize with the products and services of the business. The business is involved with credit cards.

Account Specialist – Banking / Credit Cards

Work place: London

Responsible for effectively servicing our International customer base in Poland:

• Working to individual and team targets
• To be the first point of contact for new and existing customers
• Dealing with day-to-day enguiries covering initial customer acquisition, through to servicing and contacting to secure payment as well as working to resolve customer issues.
• Ensuring adherence to company procedures and compliance you will also identify issues, suggest solutions and help drive improvements
