Job description:
- Business Development (70%) and Supporting the Sales Director in Key Account Management (30%)
- Identifying new potential business opportunities
- Implementation and execution of sales and marketing strategies
- Negotiating financial conditions and contracts
- Maintaining the account plan for each customer ensuring effective account management to achieve revenue growth
- Building relationships with current business clients, analyzing feedback, customer and project care (budget, team, identifying client needs)
- Recruiting employees for client’s teams
Key requirements:
- Excellent level of English and Polish is a must
- At least 3 years of account manager and sales experience of services for B2B customers
- Being initiative, brave and willing to take risk
- Excellent work organization and time management
- Determination and consistency in achieving individual goals
Nice to have:
- Proven experience in IT sales and/or outsourcing
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Working knowledge of CRM, Office, Jira
