THE COMPANY

Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Belgium.

For one of our Clients, a local Pharma company, I am currently looking for an Interim Sales Specialist.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Establish and maintain the primary divisional relationship between our company and the clients, at all levels including senior level executives and key decision makers. This role will serve as a decision maker for all contractual arrangements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for developing overall strategy which may include account planning and tactical implementation
- Coordinate appropriate education of all key stakeholders in hospital.
- Develop a detailed strategic plan to manage your territory; maintain, protect, and seed your business for both short and long term revenue growth
- Inform, train and influence customers

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s Degree Required
- Minimum of 5 years pharmaceutical experience and 3 years of total experience in one or a combination of the following areas: Key Account Management, Reimbursement, Pharma or sales management required.
- Demonstrated record of success in Oncology, Hematology, or Transplantation within an Academic Institutional setting strongly preferred
- Proven ability to establish and cultivate key customer relationships
