Our client is a professional Pharmaceutical organization, based in Belgium.
One of the key players in Cardiovascular research, they deliver products and service solutions worldwide to customers and patients. They pride themselves by doing work that matters and by being innovative and Collaborative with their customers
ROLE DESCRIPTION
You will work with the success of the business through clinical expertise in mind. You will be responsible for delivering customer focused training and the development of these methods. You will be on the road, visiting our customers 3-4 days per week, giving training and support in our products where necessary.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product support and training: Work closely with the R&D department and become an expert in our products
- Project Management:: Provide the support in the pre sales phase and implementation of customer training
- Customer Evaluations: Asses the technical, clinical and operational effectiveness of our products with our customers
- Problem solving: You are the key contact with our clients, and the specialist on our products. As such you will support our customers with their application challenges
REQUIREMENTS
- At least a Msc (Phd preferred) in Life sciences or Business paired with relevant experience
- 2 to 4 years experience in a Commercial role
- Willing to travel to customers
- Ability to asses the customer needs
- Ability to diagnose the market
- Demonstrate ability to effectively communicate technical materials
