Your new company
For an international start-up specialised in software for supply chain space in multinational companies, we are currently looking for an Account Executive with fluent German and English. Role is based in Warsaw.
Your new role
You will join a fast growing tech company, dedicated at improving environmental and social practices by offering IT solutions for sustainable supply chain at global companies. You role will be focused on developing high-level relationships with senior directors, CSR teams worldwide to use and promote your company’s software & services in their own organisations. You will be focused on generating leads among premium and corporate companies in order to develop them into key accounts. Your daily actions will include initiating sales calls to proactively maintain and develop the portfolio of prospects, match clients’ needs with presented solutions and maximise all sales opportunities to achieve individual targets.
What you’ll need to succeed
You have 1-3 years of experience in international B2B environment and you speak English and German fluently. You have previous experience in (phone) sales and account management. Additionally, you need to have an university degree (min. Bachelor) and feel comfortable working in an international and start-up environment To fit the team, you need to be self-driven and a team player.
What you’ll get in return
You will be offered a full-time job contract and a competitive salary within the range of 6000 – 9000 PLN gross (depending on your experience). Your position will be based in Warsaw, you can work in flexible hours as well as 2 days/week from home.
