On behalf our Client, global company providing innovative products and services in B2B, we are looking for a candidate for a Content & Marketing Specialist position of in new company’s SSC in Tricity.
Your new role
In this position you will take full ownership of global communications medium- SharePoint along with resolving queries and information management, and performing analysis on global clients’ accounts. You will monitor all incoming queries, coordinate service delivery, support with creating and standardizing processes/procedures and cooperate with internal teams and Account Managers to support them in developing strong relationships were appropriate.
What you'll need to succeed
We’re looking for enthusiastic and committed individual with great organizational skills and ability to prioritise workload. Fluent English (C1-C2) is a must, knowledge of Italian, German, Spanish or French will be a great asset. To successfully manage responsibilities, you also need to know MS Office (particularly Excel), have previous experience with using Sharepoint and have min. 1-2 years of experience in supporting business operations.
