At the McKinsey EMEA Shared Service Center in Poznań we remotely support colleagues from other parts of Europe, the Middle East and Africa in areas such as Finance and Reporting, Human Resources, Visual Communication, Business Operations, and Assistant Services.


  • Being the first point of contact for McKinsey consultants
  • Providing ongoing support to incoming and ongoing projects
  • Coordination of projects’ key milestones and requirements
  • Ensuring seamless Visual Graphics and Media process flow.
  • Sharing best practices and building knowledgebase for future references.
  • Managing any arising escalations connected with the project work if necessary.



  • University degree
  • Customer service experience (1-2 years)
  • Excellent English skills
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Strong Multitasking and prioritizing abilities.
