For our Client, a newly created IT centre in Katowice we are searching for 2nd line Support Network Engineers with knowledge of German.
Your new role
Responsibilities:
- 2nd Level Troubleshooting and analysis of multi-vendor IP equipment (Cisco, Thomson, Juniper, OneAccess)
- Incident Management & Ticket Handling
- Service Provisioning
- Configuration of fixed net IP systems and tools
- Escalation management
- On call duty out of office time
What you'll need to succeed
- Language: Good German (at least B1 level)
- Experience in telecommunication and Business Customer
network troubleshooting
- 2+ years working experience in related branch.
- Understanding the Different Types of DSL Technology.
- Understanding of IP Routing and Switching, VRF, VPN,MPLS, QoS.
- Technical know-how related to Cisco, Juniper, OneAccess.
- Good knowledge of the VoIP environment
- CCNA R&S or JNCIA Junos or equivalent is an advantage.
- Good team work spirit and passion for Network technologies;
- Independent working and self-learning.
