Remote work- up to 3 days per week after the transition period
Candidate should have 2-4 years of experience as a support specialist for ERP applications. It would be best if the candidate supported Oracle EBS or Oracle Projects in the past. The SQL knowledge is a must. Java knowledge (or programming skills in general) would be beneficial. We are looking for candidates who:
We are looking for Engineers who will perform 2nd level support for ERP Customer Care systems specifically for Oracle Projects platform components and other Oracle applications. On this position, you will drive incident management activities including P1/P2 type of incidents, analyze and provide insights on root causes, perform impact assessment and generate incident reports highlighting top incidents, root causes, resolution and actions to address those.
