Workforce Management (Lead) Analyst

Due to dynamic growth in Poland we are currently looking for a person who would like to become a team player in the local team for our Client on an Workforce Management (Lead) Analyst. The candidate will be responsible for carry out and/or support resource planning activities along different time horizons with focus on longer-term, global, strategic planning (e.g., forbudgeting, recruiting) while also ensuring support for operational planning. Develop and expand the supply- and demand-related metrics, frameworks, processes/SOPs, and tools, define, design, and maintain supply- and demand-related planning parameters and dashboards in close collaboration with the BI team and operational supply leaders and ensure consistent tracking and forecasting.

What we are looking for:
- University degree, preferably in business/economics, maths/science, econometrics/statistics
- Ideally initial professional experience in work force management/resource planning, reporting or statistics
- Very good verbal and written language skills in English (C1 - CEFR* or equivalent)
- Fluency in MS office, especially Excel, knowledge in manipulating data, working with databases, statistical and advanced analytical know-how
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- Very good communication skills, especially ability to communicate about complex and technical topics
