Warranty Administrator (m/f)
On behalf of our client, international, well-recognized company from powersports industry - leader in its sector, we are currently looking for motivated candidates for the position of Warranty Administrator to work in Opole.

Our Client is a well-know, international manufacturing company, leader in its sector.
Description
- Provide warranty claims administration and reviews of warranty registrations and claim submissions
- Supports the technical service & warranty departments in Polaris subsidiaries with warranty claims processing and other related tasks.
- Review the cases in CRM and participate in assignments of them
- Build reports and sharing information through the share point app or any other app that will be develop
- Bring support to the share team on current projects
- Participate in technical service team initiatives, problem solving and continuous improvement efforts
Profile
- Mechanical or engineering related education degree or strong understanding in the field
- Good customer service attitude, willingness to work in cross cultural matrix team
- Good organization, communication and administrative skills
- Ability to take direction and work fairly independently
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once in a fast paced and possible stress situation
- Language skill: English and French mandatory, technical terminology will be considered a huge advantage; Spanish or other additional European languages are a plus.
