For our Client, international company with IT team located in city center of Katowice, we are looking for Voice Infrastructure Specialist.
Your new role
As an Voice Infrastructure Specialist you will provide 3 rdlevel of support services related to all Windows-based and communications systems across the enterprise. You will resolve and complete assigned cases and change requests and act as an escalation point for support issues. You will apply new solutions through research and collaboration with team and determine course of action for new application initiatives. Your duties include support of enterprise Windows, Active Directory, Exchange, SCCM (packaging and infrastructure support, EP management, software deployment), Unified communications (skype and other voice platforms). As an Voice Infrastructure Specialist you will be responsible for planning, documenting, testing and maintenance of centralised voice infrastructure – you will monitor voice circuits, PBXes. You will support Skype infrastructure both on prem and O365 as well as analog voice systems for service desks and office locations. You will also be responsible for mobile device management infrastructure built on Mobile Iron solution.

What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive experience in Skype for Business platform including operational support, migration activities to Unified Communication platforms,
- Basic knowledge in management and set up of SBC, preferably with AudioCodes Gateways,
- Experience with yealink, Mitel MX one/ One Box / Contact Centre systems
Nice to have
- ITIL knowledge on Foundation Level,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Technology related certification (Microsoft, Cisco, Mobile Iron)
