For our Client, well-known international manufacturing company located in Katowice we are looking for a person interested in Voice Infrastructure Specialist role.

Your new role
In this role you will be:
  • Responsible for the planning, documenting, testing and maintenance of centralized voice infrastructure
  • Daily operations and administration
  • Troubleshooting
  • Monitoring of voice circuits, PBXes. Support for Skype infrastructure both on prem and O365. As well as analog voice systems for service desks and office locations
  • Mobile Device Management: Responsible for the planning, documenting, testing and maintenance of centralized mobile device management infrastructure build on Mobile Iron solution
  • Device enrolment, testing and maintenance. Participation in projects, audits and improvements for the platform
  • Serve as the third line of escalation support for given technology issues that cannot be resolved by tier one or two support.
  • Monitor group incident and request queues, alert notices and other work request streams for new notifications
  • Initiate support tickets with service providers to resolve issues and hardware failures or related to hardware maintenance contracts
  • Maintain updated documentation of all in-progress and completed requests in appropriate systems as required by team management
  • Coordination, maintenance and monitoring of the IT infrastructure and performance tuning using corporate selected applications
  • Support in the technical development and implementation of global IT infrastructure projects
  • 5 years experience in IT networking
  • In-depth hands-on experience in management of corporate-wide voice platforms with 3-5 years of experience

What you'll need to succeed
If you want to be an ideal person you need to:
  • Extensive experience in Skype for Business platform. Including daily operational support, and migration activities to Unified Communication platforms
  • Basic knowledge in management and set up of SBC, preferably experience with AudioCodes Gateways
  • Yealink – Skype for Business desk phones management, maintenance and firmware upgrades
  • Preferred experience in Mitel MX one / One Box / Contact Centre systems, support and maintenance
  • Preferred experience in Retarus fax systems
  • Experience in Mobile Devices management with Mobile Iron environment is a plus
  • Experience in migration of voice platforms from analog to digital in a corporate environment
  • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
  • ITIL Knowledge on Foundation Level
  • Technology related certification desirable (Microsoft, Cisco, Mobile Iron)
