Vendor Governance Data Specialist

Location: Kraków
• collect information stored in multiple places by multiple people and consolidate within a single vendor governance (VG) database, stored on SharePoint
• maintain a dashboard about VG data and identify missing information (people, documents, contracts, etc.)
• collect market intelligence information about vendors and store it in the VG database
• prepare a VG booklet for senior management (printed) with the information contained in the VG database
• english both written and spoken (Upper intermediate or higher)
• technical skills: MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• result oriented, able to manage priorities, plan & deliver in multitasking environment
• being an action-oriented person
• have customers perspective in mind in whatever you do
• have good communication & presentation skills to able to explain complex topics in a simple way
• able to learn on the fly with analytical mindset & problem solving skills
