Currently, we are looking for UX/Visual Designer who will carry out a project for our Client - one of the largest banking and financial services organizations in the world, providing a comprehensive range of financial services to around 60 million customers.
Main tasks
- Undertake design activity to define ‘best in class’ channel propositions and services following user centred design techniques and industry best practice
- Contribution to the delivery of Digital Transformation Programme
- Contribution to the delivery of all flagship Group Transformation programmes where there is a digital work stream
- Develop wireframes and customer journey maps to support definition of user experience, engaging with stakeholders
- Develop clickable prototypes/concept designs to support stakeholder engagement and illustrate early design thinking and usability testing
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of user-centred design principles and practices
- Strong knowledge of interaction design and information architecture disciplines, creating wireframes, site maps, user workflows, personas and prototypes
- Good working knowledge of responsive design
- Good knowledge of Axure and Sketch
- Experience in Wireframes, Personas, Prototyping & User Journeys
- Fluent English
