UX/UI Designer
What you’ll tell your friends you are doing
You make sure that our customers have an up-to-date and dynamic overview of all our products and services on our website and that our colleagues can find everything they need via the intranet, internal apps, etc.
What you’ll really be doing
As Designer you will create a user experience and design that will deliver against the product vision and objectives (e.g. optimized conversion rate or customer experience) as outlined by the Product Owner. You will work in a highly iterative way, directly with the engineers to allow a high-paced and iterative development and delivery process.
The position is based in Warsaw, Poland.
Skills you will need
- You need to be comfortable with designing for early MVPs with a large amount of ambiguity and subsequently iterating over live designs with input from data and analytics from real life user testing
- You bring experience in software design and development, especially in an iterative agile process
- You have experience with designing quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology
- You must have a well-rounded user-centric design portfolio that spans some combination of web, mobile, tablet, TV, and wearables
- You can work independently and you have Graphical and Visual design skills, including the use of a diverse set of software such as Sketch, Adobe suite and prototyping tools like Invision, OmniGraffle or Balsamiq
- You have experience in conducting user testing, A/B testing and rapid prototyping
- And if you bring some experience with CSS coding to the table, that is a plus
- English is required, Polish and German are a plus!
