You will be a good match if you:
- Have experience in software design and development, especially in an iterative agile process
- Have experience with designing quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology
- Are entrepreneurial self-starter who is self-motivated, but also a team player with a professional presence
- Have a well-rounded user-centric design portfolio that spans some combination of web, mobile, tablet, TV, and wearables
- Are familiar with graphical and visual design skills, including use of a diverse set of software such as Sketch, Adobe suite, OmniGraffle, Balsamiq, Axure, or other tools for graphic design, visual design
- Have experience with A/B testing and rapid prototyping
- Have an excellent command of English and German

As a part of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and delivering product visualization as part of a cross-functional agile product teams based on input from the Product Owner
- Exploring solution space and refine concepts going from early wireframes to high definition designs
- Building prototypes to help validate and communicate designs
- Identifying and conducting user interface experiments in collaboration with the Product Owner - and conducting analytics based on data from real life experimentation
- Helping Product Leads and Product Owners define both long and short-term vision and roadmap for digital products at client digital unit
- Collaborating with other designers within and cross-team to problem solve design challenges and maintain a level of design consistency across products
