On behalf of our Client, a consulting company, we are currently looking for an ambitious candidate to join their new team providing services for social media. If you see yourself working in multinational environment for the world’s leader who creates professionals of its employees, this position is exactly for you.

A successful candidate will be responsible for responding to users’ queries within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality, enforcing Client’s Term of Use by carefully monitoring reports of abuse on the site, identifying inefficiencies in workflows and suggesting solutions.

To work effectively on this position, you should be a graduate with min. 1 year of working experience (preferably in a multinational environment). Preferred candidate is also fluent in EnglishAND Arabic. Cultural understanding, passion for ensuring a positive, safe user experience, flexibility for occasional weeknights and weekends are required. If you are extremely reliable, consistent, and hard-working person who have excellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong computer skills, don’t waste this opportunity.
