On behalf of our Client, global company we are currently looking forUnified Communications and Messaging System Engineer who will join team in Warsaw city centre (near metro station).
Your new role
On this position you will join team in Poland which provide technical support all over the company. You will be responsiblefor the identification and investigation of all supported services problems and issues in Exchange, Office 365 platforms performing root cause analysis,proactive a day-to-day live services monitoring,management of cloud service providers for message hygiene such as office 365 protection, Cisco CES cloud service, Mimecast E-mail continuityundertaking tasks related to in-house investigations related to messaging infrastructure, Symantec EV eDiscovery, 0365 eDiscovery. Exchange database restores and extracts. You will have a lot of challenging tasks during your job.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideal Candidate has minimum 2 years of experience in software/hardware technical support experience in large infrastructures supporting Microsoft Directory Services and Exchange 2010/2013 in Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008/2012 environments. Exchange 2010/2013 design, implementation, and migration experience, along with related Microsoft Active Directory expertise, is a must. Symantec EV 11, or other e-mail archiving tools, practical support experience and good understanding. Experience of third party cloud e-mail security services.
We are looking for candidates with customer service skills on high level and proactive personality.
Fluent English is must to have.
