Treasury Accountant (Payment Specialist)
Miejsce pracy: ŁódźYou will be responsible for:
- Cash management has a focus on optimizing the global cash position on a day-to-day basis
- Payment Factory executes Group In-House Bank and commercial payments
- Middle Office processes Treasury transactions
- Contact with our prestigious client from Amsterdam
- Preparing reports for Delivery Manager
- Migration of process (business travel is not necessary)
- Treasury payment process, executing payments for third party payments and treasury payments including confirmation with bank of required net settlements;
- Confirmation of daily FX and money market trades with Banking partners via Mysis
- Daily book keeping for treasury transactions
- Execution of intercompany company payments over In House Bank
- Processing of exchange rates, interest rates as required for treasury system
- Contacting cash management bank regarding payment processing
- Subject matter expert role
- Managing bank portals
- Provide payment service to the purchase to pay team and local finance teams
- Initiate and take part in improvement projects
- Maintain and update procedures and working instructions with respect to the function
Requirements:
- Higer Educatiomn
- Some experience in a corporate or banking environment (combination is preferred) in Treasury Operations, Payment, Cash Mangement
- Accurate, responsible and able to work under tight deadlines;
- Good communication skills and excellent knowledge from SAP
