On behalf of our Client, highly respected global company which develops Shared Service Centre in Warsaw, we are looking for a Travel & Expenses Specialist.
As a T&E Specialist you will processing invoices and provide services for internal clients. You will be mainly responsible for booking of travel and entertainment expenses, improving and standardising T&E processes, reconciliation and confirmation of balances and keeping documentation for T&E processes updated. You will also working closely with employees in order to solve discrepancies on T&E documents as well as provide support for ad hoc requests.
In order to be successful on this position you should have Master’s Degree in economics/ finance related discipline with 2 years of experience on relevant position. Professional experience of Travel & Expenses/Accounts Payable within a SSC or BPO environment is required as well as experience in change management, flexibility and ability to think strategically. We seek a professional with excellent analytical and communication skills, very good knowledge of Excel and ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of any ERP system(SAP, PeopleSoft, Navision) is an asset. You need to speak fluent English.
