Currently, for our Client, one of the top international management consultancy companies, we are looking for Travel & Expenses Accountant with German and English to join its Shared Service Centre in Warsaw.
The successful Candidate will be responsible for auditing expense reimbursement requests to ensure compliance with policy and VAT rules in different supported countries, collecting expenses from various supported offices, running T & E reports and provide also other T & E related analysis upon request.
We are looking for candidates with minimum 1 year of experience within the area of expense management or accounts payable. Fluent English and German is a must. Good knowledge of MS Office and attention to details are also required.
Our Client offers stable employment, work in multinational and dynamic environment and benefit package. In addition, you will have an opportunity to take part in 3-week long training in Munich.
