For our Client, one of the best airlines in the world, we are currently looking for Candidates with Dutch OR Germanto join newly established SSC in Cracow.
While working at the position of Travel Agent, you will be responsible for daily contact with passengers in case of: delays, cancelled flights etc. What is more, you will be working as a First Line support for all CS related questions from Clients. Your role will be also connected with updating information in the system and tracking all activities. Not only you will be answering phones, but also chatting and mailing with Clients.
We are looking for Customer Service oriented individuals with fluency in Dutch OR German(C1 level is a must). Excellent English level is also required. Previous working experience in an international company, especially in Client Services would be an advantage.
Please be informed that due to the fact it is an airlines industry, we are looking for Candidates that are open for non-standard working hours, sometimes 24/7.
