Opis stanowiska
On this position you would be responsible for receiving inbound customers calls/emails regarding tourist products, questions and issues. You will be expected to handle a inquiry from customer, answer the questions, solving a problem and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Taking incoming call from French customers regarding their questions and/or issues;
• Keeping email correspondence;
• Identifying clients problems/needs and initiate effective solutions;
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through interactions via phone and email.
Wymagania
• Fluency in French,
• Communicative in English,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Able to work successfully as part of a team,
• Experience in customer service, experience in hospitality industry will be an asset.
