We have recently undertaken a recruitment project for one of our Clients in Krakow. They are a renowned international company with ambitions to provide the best level of Customer Service for their travel-related clients from this Centre in Krakow.

Working with people regarding travel queries from across Europe your role will be to advise and work with airline and travel software to ensure customers are happy and get the right type of advice quickly and with a warm and kind approach.

• Really good writing and speaking skills in French, German or Dutch
