For our Client,an international company located in Krakow, we are currently looking for German speakers for the position Travel Advisor.
The successful Candidateswill maintain good relations with customers, interpret the perfect products and solutions for customers, resolve their queries via phone, providing appropriate information regarding product of the company.
The Candidate s need to haveexcellent written and oral skills in German and good command of English, be customer focused, enthusiastic with can-do attitude. The Candidate needs to be able to work pro-actively as part of a team. Previous experience in customer service area will be an asset.
