Our client is one of the biggest, internationally recognized outsourcing company with specialize in tourism industry. We are currently looking for German speakers interested in the position of Travel Advisor to join center in Cracow.
While working at this role, you will be responsible for handling calls, emails and chat requests from customers, making the basic pre-sales and providing customer satisfaction by helping them plan & book their travel arrangements. Your role will be to deliver support and service, all time ensuring all customer queries are resolved to their satisfaction.
An ideal Candidate needs to have excellent communication skills and fluency in English and German languages. (German- at least at B2 level; Company offers intensive German language course before you will start your daily work). We are looking for a team player with high level of motivation. Proven track record of customer service experience would be a plus, but we are also open for fresh graduates with not many work experiences. We are looking for flexible and motivated to gain knowledge of tourism industry Candidates.
