For our Client, world’s leading provider of medical supplies, that has lately established a new Finance Centre in Wroclaw, we are currently looking for experienced candidates on the position of Transition Manager.
Your responsibilities will include planning, coordinating and accompanying the transition of country process into the SSC. As a Transition Manager you will act as central liaison of all transition activities, develop risk assessment and mitigation strategy and resolve or escalate issues. You will also assure day-to-day communication with stakeholders, prepare and conduct meetings, report on the progress of the transition and validate project deliverables and assist in training of both SSC staff and on site personnel.
Ideal Candidate should demonstrate very good understanding of accounting processes, several years of transition experience in the context of SSC/BPO, as well as excellent communication (very good knowledge of English and other European language) and project management skills. A strong customer focus, problem solving and organization skills are essential to be successful on this position. Also, very high attention to details combined with proactive and positive attitude would be very beneficial.
