Transition Manager
Location: Krakow
Transition management, leading a team of junior project managers across multiple locations, face to face meetings with senior client management, extensive travel, project co-ordination & progress reporting, can do approach and ability to deep dive on workstreams such as Finance, IT, HR, Infrastructure, Training. Create transition solutions and present/sell to clients.
Key Accountabilities:
- Designs transition project plan;
- Schedule & proposal text during engagement proposal phase;
- Assists in staffing the Transition project team;
- Develops and manages project plans and schedules for transition in coordination with the Delivery centers, and across all Transition work streams (People transfer, IT, Service/process transition, Workplace & infrastructure services, Account management setup);
- Coordinates cross-tower activities (BCS, SO);
- Collects and documents observations and lessons learned from completed transitions;
- Helps improve and implement transition methodology through development and re-use of IC;
Requirements:
- Designs transition project plan;
- Schedule & proposal text during engagement proposal phase;
- Assists in staffing the Transition project team;
- Develops and manages project plans and schedules for transition in coordination with the Delivery centers, and across all Transition work streams (People transfer, IT, Service/process transition, Workplace & infrastructure services, Account management setup);
- Coordinates cross-tower activities (BCS, SO);
- Collects and documents observations and lessons learned from completed transitions;
- Helps improve and implement transition methodology through development and re-use Experience as a project manager/ operations manager in multinational environment;
- Fluent English;
- Experience in F&A and/or BPO/SSC environment is an asset.
