Transition and Process Improvement Specialist

Process Improvement Coordinator will be responsible for successful knowledge transition, including quality of documentation as well as for preparation and management of dedicated wave transition, including detailed wave planning, knowledge capture plans and ramp-up preparation. Other tasks will include:
- Collaborate with Transition Manager and Business Partners
- Collect and report transition risks and issues on the regular basis
- Coordinate and report daily progress during wave transition
- Assure process compliance after wave transition
- Motivate and support transition team before and during wave transition
- Ensuring that Services Level Agreements (SLA’S) are agreed and establish
- Maintain overall project plan and consolidate project progress, risk and issue data from the streams within the Project
- Ensure project management processes support by implementing uniform standards for project management, documentation, project changes, etc .
After transition phase Process Improvement Coordinator will be responsible for standardization and improvement of all processes operated from our Client, establishing and developing detailed service standards, SLAs and KPI.
Requirements:- Project management skills
- Process migration experience
- Experience in change management will be an asset
- Experience in the participation in activities in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and in a multi country environment
- Good communication skills
- Work independently as well as within a team environment
- Ability to work under target pressure
