For one of our Client’s growing Shared Services Centers in Warsaw we are currently seeking candidates for the position of TRANSITION & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST.
TRANSITION & CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT SPECIALIST will be responsible for supporting the Transition Manager by tracking the stages of transitions of various processes, cooperating with Team Leaders and supporting them in the phase of creating improvements, maintaining a register of proposed improvements and tracking their implementation, he/she will also take part in process mapping/process instructions preparation, assist in execution of transition process controls, and support internal/external audits by preparing information as and when requested.
We are looking for well organized, detailed oriented Candidates with strong analytical skills, who have an academic degree in the field of Business/Finance, and approximately 3 years of experiencein SSCenvironment. Previous experience in process transitionsand business process mappingis required, as well as good knowledge of Excel, Power Point & Visio. Strong communication skills and ability to interact appropriately and effectively with senior stakeholders, as well as very good Englishlanguage skills are mandatory.
