For our Client’s Shared Service Centre, we are currently looking for experienced Candidates willing to work on the position of Transformation Team Lead.


While working on this positionyou will be responsible for leading a team of transformational consultants (3-4 employees) who are responsible for implementation of transformation across 3 Finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R). Team Lead will be responsible for leading the overall programme as well as for one of the process towers. The Projectwhichstarts in the middle ofFebruaryis based in Munich (Germany) and requiresfrom the Candidate to be on site 4 days per week (availabilityto travelto otherEuropean countries is required).


To be successful on this positionyou need to have previous professional experience in Project and Programme Managementas well as in managing transformational change.Ideal Candidatemusthave good knowledge of all threefinancialprocesses andaccounting. Excellent German and English language skills are a must. We are looking for Candidates with strong communication and analytical skillsandinternationalexperience.
