Your new role
You will be responsible for an establish performance standards and effective measurement tools, identify and implement responsibilities and activities and participate in strategic business planning sessions. Moreover you will be engaged in support company practices and new developments and provide developmental opportunities for future growth, also in manage and maintain effective hiring process. Furthermore you will manage teams - in office and remotely.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for candidates with advanced English and Bachelor's degree. You should have 5+ of experience in business experience and in people management. Perfect candidate will have a project management experience and knows methodologies like SixSigma. Moreover strong management skills and focused on customers are required.
